X-Active wants to create a strong and robust community centre for Rhodes local residents; young professionals, and young families. The customer skew will lean more towards female and young families with Asian background.
Our objective was to create a hip & trendy fitness brand targeting image-conscious, young professionals that are looking for state-of-the-art gym facilities and the sense of belonging to something special. To design a brand identity that communicates a sense of luxury and innovation. To create a new brand that looks high-end and designer, to work in harmony and reflect the beautiful architecture and fit-out of the X-Active interior space.
The logo design solution for the X icon is a hand-drawn letter shape which takes its inspiration from an EZ Bar used in weights at the gym. The bended curves of the X have been formed to look like bent steel, rounded, flowing and sculpted. The letterform is also a nod to the links of a chain, a nod to the chain mail used in the space.
Rhodes central and X-Active will be completed in the next month or two, we shall reveal more of our fitness branding solution when they launch.
