The Charm Offensive

Renowned Australian musician Robert Upward is set to release his latest music project, The Charm Offensive. Its first and significant single titled ‘I want you’ is set to take the charts soon with its deep echoic vocals.

For the filming of its music video, directed by Ben Shackleford, Creative Order was asked to build a series of graphic animations to use as projections during key scenes. Using linear and chromatic treatments, we explored how interlocking lines in motion could generate tension and suspense, and how colour could be used to mimic dreaming.
